The gratuity is always at the sole discretion of the client* *A 20% gratuity will be added for clients choosing to be billed unless otherwise specified Five hour minimum for service beginning between 9:00am and 5:00pm Additional charges apply for pick-up or drop-off more than 20 miles or 30 minutes from base. Fees are billed in half hour increments. Clients are responsible for tasting fees and any incidental charges. A 50% non-refundable deposit may be charged 14 days prior to reservation date.* The full amount of fees for reserved time will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours from scheduled pick-up.* *Good-faith cancellation policy: Forfeited deposits may be used towards another booking for up to one year Cash, Checks, Visa and MasterCard accepted |
